Missions at Grace

Grace is enthusiastically engaged in sharing the Gospel — the Good News of salvation by God’s grace, through faith in Christ — with people from all parts of the world. The most effective way for us to do that is to support those who have been called to go into all the world and preach the Gospel.

The Grace Missions Committee has oversight of our Missions program. They keep the congregation informed about what our missionaries are doing, of special needs and concerns around the world, introduce us to new missionaries and plan an annual Missions Festival…a real highlight of our year!

The following notes have been provided by the Committee:

Missions Statement from the Grace Missions Policy Manual: “Enable the congregation of Grace Church to embrace God’s vision for the unreached peoples of our community, our nation and the world.”

February is our annual “Missions Festival” month when on each weekend the church focuses on specific areas of ministry around the world.

The missions committee meets regularly during the season to plan and discuss our missionaries and our annual Missions Festival held every February.

Missionaries to whom we commit our support financially and in prayer are in:
Canada-First Nations People, Czech Republic, East Asia,  Germany, Japan, Africa and a Latino church plant in Winter Haven, FL. In addition we support Missionary Agencies such as Agape Flights, ECHO (Educational Concerns for Hunger Organization), M.I.N.T.S. (Miami International Seminary) Operation Reveille and the PRJC (Presbyterian & Reformed Joint Commission on Chaplains).
